Please find attached the Complete hedge funding package. please ask for our MOU (IF YOU ARE A BROKER).
You must follow this procedure to the letter for each and every application:
1. Each application to be a complete package on its own.
2. Borrowers must complete the following:
a) Signed Due Diligence Backgroiund search authority.
b) NDNC Working Agreement.
3. Broker & Borrowers should work together to complete the following:
a) Application Form (to be signed by principal)
b) Application package - use checklist to make sure
you have not missed any required information. When you have ALL the docmentation needed you are ready to submit the application:
SUBMISSION PROCEDURE :-
1. Email all package information as. pdf file to E-MAIL ME for initial review.
2. Make payment to the Hedge Fund Broker of USD$1600 per borrower to cover background checks. (we can not proceed without PAYMENT).
3. Courier Hard Copy of the full application package including NCND etc to the Hedge Fund Broker (MR. PRAVESH BHANDARI) for presentation to the Hedge Fund Principals.
Await issue of CLOC Conditional Letter Of Commitment or further instructions.
- If you fail to supply a full package or adequately identify any person or bank account that is scheduled to receive payments from the Hedge Fund your application will be put on hold until such time as we have the required information.
Our Hedge Fund is located in the USA and must comply with all the anti money laundering and anti terrorist funding elements of the Patriot Act.
This means that lack of proof of identity is the prime reason that delays funding.
